High density polyethylene (HDPE) structure wall hot winding pipe (Clarke tube) is a new type of special-shaped structure wall pipe, which is made by high-density polyethylene hot winding molding process. The product uses high density polyethylene resin (HDPE) as raw material, PP or PE corrugated pipe as auxiliary support pipe, and adopts hot winding forming process to produce high-density polyethylene large diameter winding reinforced pipe. Because this kind of pipeline was originally introduced by domestic company from German Kraft company, it is commonly called Clarke tube in China. The official name of this kind of pipeline in China is: high density polyethylene structure wall thermal winding pipe. It has the advantages of light weight, strong bearing capacity, high interface quality, long service life, corrosion resistance, high ring stiffness and convenient construction. It is widely used in urban water supply, drainage, long-distance water transmission and irrigation projects. The diameter of the pipe is from DN300 to dn4000. The pipe is light in weight and good in overall flexibility. It is the preferred main pipe material for buried sewage and drainage.

The weight of the thermal structure wall winding pipe is very light, so it can be easily transported in the installation process. In many engineering sites, the use of crane can be reduced, thus reducing the installation cost.

·High ring flexibility

The Clarke tube has a very high ring flexibility. When it is stressed, the Clarke tube will transfer the load to the surrounding soil due to the stress deformation, and the soil will produce the opposite force to bear the load on the Clarke tube. The steel pipe (cement pipe) will bear the force produced by the load when it is stressed, but it can not transfer the force to the surrounding soil through deformation. When the load is too large, it will produce permanent deformation and damage.

In the production process, socket and spigot will be produced online, so electric fusion connection or rubber ring connection can be used.

The carat tube is light in weight and generally 6 meters in length. The installation is very simple. After the trench is dug, the pipe is placed in the trench machine groove, and each pipe can be connected through different connection technologies.

·Transportation

The carat tube is light in weight, and the pipes of different diameters can be packaged together, so the freight is low and the transportation is very easy.

·Chemical resistance

The Clarke tube and its matching pipe fittings are made of the same material (usually high density polyethylene or polyacrylonitrile), so it can resist the corrosion of various chemical media, and does not need anti-corrosion treatment. In addition, it will not promote the growth of algae, bacteria or fungi, and has a long service life.

·The roughness of inner wall is low

The inner wall of the Clarke tube is smooth without scaling. The flow capacity of the Clarke tube with the same diameter, length and pressure is about 20% larger than that of the cement pipe, so the economic advantage is obvious.

·Good wear resistance
